Jessica Callaway, Buyer Agent 

Jessica Callaway has been a Colorado Springs resident for most of her life. She joined the Gold Medal Team in 2003 and has extensive knowledge of the city. This knowledge is valuable as she helps first-time homebuyers find, evaluate and make good decisions about their starter homes. 

Tom Egger, Buyer Agent 

With more than 15 years of sales experience, Tom Egger became a Gold Medal Team member in 2005. He specializes in relocations and new home construction, along with ensuring that home buyers receive excellent service throughout the process. 

Before joining the team, Tom taught high school in Academy District 20. He has also held various sales, marketing and management positions in the technology and medical products industries. 

Tom and his wife Brenda have three children, ages 15, 13 and 11. He enjoys golf, basketball, skiing, biking and hiking in the mountains.

Janie Howard, Buyer Agent 

Janie Howard joined the Gold Medal Team in 2006 after being immersed in the construction side of real estate since 1978. She uses her experience to make the home buying process effortless for her clients as she helps them find a home that's comfortable for their family and their finances. 

Before becoming a Team member, Janie was a corporate officer of a multi-million dollar construction company in California. Since 1992, she has worked with her husband Larry in their custom home building business in the Tri-Lakes area. 

The couple's 20-year-old son studies engineering at the University of Colorado in Boulder; their 16-year-old daughter attends Lewis-Palmer High School. In addition to her family, Janie's faith is important to her. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as watching many soccer games. 

Paul LoBosco, Listing Agent
Paul has been a Real Estate Broker in Colorado and Florida for over 20 years. He has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and brings this experience to his clients from all over the country. An avid skier,golfer,biker and hiker, He shares his love of the outdoors and the Colorado lifestyle with his relocation customers.He is devoted to outstanding service and prides himself on developing an ongoing relationship with the people he works for . 

Kristen Whitfield, Office Manager/Contracts Coordinator 

A 23-year veteran of the real estate industry, Kristen Whitfield joined the Gold Medal Team in 1990 and again in 2005. Kristen started in the banking industry, learned the finer points of loans working in applications, processing, underwriting and shipping to loan servicing. She also trained bank officers of auxiliary banks in loan processing.  

Kristen then moved on to real estate as a licensed real estate agent/assistant. She has the distinction of serving as office manager/assistant to five of the top real estate producers in Colorado Springs. She learned the construction side of real estate when working with several agents representing custom and semi-custom home builders. 

A Colorado Springs native, Kristen and her husband Zane have three children, ages twelve, nine and five. In addition to her family, she enjoys camping, jogging, furniture building and her three energetic Jack Russell Terriers.

Don has lived locally since 1965 and has personally experienced the rapid growth and change cycle that is Colorado Springs. Joining RE/MAX Properties, Inc in 2000 with over 23 years sales experience to key OEMs with the Procter & Gamble Sales organization he is now working to assist people in making home ownership a reality.  

Recently he has joined the Gold Medal Team as of January 1, 2007. His personal philosophy is to "listen carefully to what clients expect from a real estate service provider to make the home purchase or listing experience one of excellence." The Gold Medal Team offers this team approach where service, integrity, performance and your personal satisfaction is guaranteed and we do this with a high touch philosophy! This philosophy is paying dividends both in Don’s business and for his clients in their home purchase experience.  

Don specializes in both residential home and vacant land sales and purchases.  

Don is also passionate about giving back to the community having served as director for a local Royal Family Kid’s Camp targeting abused and neglected children of our area for nine years. He has also served on his church’s Board of Deacons and as a board member for a child placement organization called Hope and Home. He regularly participates in short term work projects around the world assisting in the construction of schools, churches, and orphanages in underprivileged countries. 

Heather Sharp, Listing Coordinator and Contract Coordinator 

Heather Sharp came to The Gold Medal Team in 2005. She has extensive knowledge of new home construction since serving as a vice president for a custom, log-home construction company with her husband. Heather and her family lived in India for three years. This experience has been crucial in helping her develop good customer service skills with all kinds of clients. A licensed real estate broker, Heather currently focuses on helping Sellers through the Listing process and coordinating the details when contracts come in. 

She and her husband Sam have been married for fourteen years. They have an eleven-year-old son and an eight-year-old daughter. Residing in the Black Forest, they love to spend time together outdoors. Heather is an avid reader and also enjoys watercolor painting and gourmet cooking. 

Julie Wilson, Buyer Agent 

Julie Wilson joined the Gold Medal Team in 2006. Her primary goal is to help families and couples find the right homes for themselves, along with helping investors make the right decisions for their investment needs. 

Julie's background of achieving goals is second nature to her. She trained full-time to reach the highest level of competition and was ranked fourth in the world for long-distance triathlons. In 1987 and 1988, she finished fourth in the Hawaiian Ironman Triathlon. 

Julie and her husband Jim have been married for 27 years. Their four children, ranging in age from nine to 15, have been home-schooled for seven years. She enjoys being with her family and watching her children participate in various sporting events. 

John Zachman, Buyer Agent 

Holly Oberbroeckling, Buyer Agent 

With more than 15 years of sales experience, Holly Oberbroeckling became a Gold Medal Team member in Feb of 2007. She has been in real estate since Feb. of 2006 and specializes in listing homes as well as ensuring that all buyers are getting top notch service in finding a home!!! 

Prior to doing real estate, Holly was a manager in Corporate America where she managed people and processes in Sales for over 14 years. She moved here from Iowa where she and her family ran a Mexican Restaurant that they sold in 2006. Holly is the proud mother of a daughter who is the love of her life..
 

Harry Smith, Listing Agent 

As a resident of Colorado Springs since 1972, Harry has an exceptional working knowledge of the entire city. As an avid outdoorsman that enjoys hiking and camping, Harry’s true passion is locating mountain homes and land for those looking for their own piece of heaven. Bryan Harris, Listing Agent 

Bryan joined The Gold Medal Team in January 2007 after spending over seven years in the retail and service industries. Working with customer satisfaction since he was 15, Bryan is pursuing his dream of a life-time career in Real Estate.

Striving to make first-time home buyers at ease and comfortable with the process, Bryan says, “I want to help people make one of the most important steps of their lives.” Bryan also enjoys the newcomers to the home buying experience because, “It’s so much fun educating people on how to make the right decisions…the smart decisions.”

Bryan was raised in Santa Cruz, California and moved to Colorado Springs in the beginning of 2005. He likes the fresh, open air of Colorado and marvels at “how much sky” there is. He enjoys quiet nights with a good book and the occasional poker game with his friends.

Scott, brings to the Gold Medal Team 20 years experience in Senior Management, title, mortgage and the banking industry. He has enjoyed all that he has done in his career because it has taught him how to be an excellent agent for his clients.  

He has an amazing son Cooper 3 and loves to play golf and snowboard.  

Laura Cisneros, Listing Coordinator 

Laura Cisneros joined the Gold Medal Team in 2006. Prior to coming to the team, she worked at the front desk of the largest real estate office in Colorado Springs for 3 years. Laura specializes in Buyer and Builder relations. 

She enjoys spending time with her husband Jaime and her family, as well as weekend trips into the mountains.
 

Chris Vawter, Buyer Agent 

Before joining the Gold Medal Team, Chris spent over 20 years in different aspects of sales and construction. Architectural drafting, graphics, advertising, sales administration management and new home sales have helped to shape the experience she has to share.  

Understanding the importance of listening and incredible service, her goal is to make the home buying process a great experience, whether it's the first home or a vacation home! 

Married to Larry for 27 years, they have 3 children. In love with the Colorado outdoors, they enjoy motorcycle rides, camping, skiing, watching the Phoenix Suns : ) and spending time with friends & family. 

Tricia Sexton Buyer Agent 

Tricia recently joined the Gold Medal Team in 2007. As a Colorado Springs native, she has witnessed the growth and its impact on real estate today. She brings 15 years of real estate experience specializing in new home construction and resale homes.
Family, including her two dogs, is very important to Tricia. She is also very busy giving a lending hand to her husband at his two restaurant locations as well as helping their two sons ages, 24 and 20. Ted and Tricia are proud Air Force parents.

Mila has been in RE sales and mortgage for over 5 years. She represent buyers and sellers and really takes the time to get to know her clients. She really cares about making sure their home needs are fullfilled.

Mila has lived in Colorado Springs for over 15 years. She graduated from Air Academy high school and has a bachelors degree in Fine Art from UCCS.  

She spends much of her free time painting beautiful Colorado landscapes. She has a beautiful 6 year old daughter who is the world to her. We enjoy the great outdoors, hiking, fishing, camping, jeeping, skiing, etc.

Melissa Jochimsen - Listing Agent

Melissa joined the Gold Medal Team in July 2007.
Melissa and her husband moved from Wisconsin to Colorado Springs three years ago when her husband became stationed here at Fort Carson.  

Being a military wife she is familiar with how the army works and understands how stressful buying a home can be when you are unsure about upcoming deployments and the possibility of being restationed.  

She is very enthusiastic about helping families find a new home especially when it is their first home.  

In her spare time Melissa enjoys spending time with her two favorite guys; her husband Travis and her dog Jackson.  

She also loves traveling, dining out with friends, and any kind of war or action film. In addition to family and friends Melissas faith is also a very big part of her life.
