LOAN APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
"Being prepared for the loan application will help to begin the processing of your loan application in the right way. The following list should enable you to gather the information that might be needed."
1. Addresses for the past two years for all applicants.
2. Employment history for the past two years for all applicants including addresses of employers, dates of employment and rates of pay.
3. Most recent pay stubs and W-2's for the last year.
4. Bank Statements for last three months.
5. If self-employed, income tax returns for the past two years, a year-to-date profit and loss statement and a balance sheet for the company prepared by an accountant.
6. Names and addresses of banks, credit unions, savings and loans, etc. for checking accounts, savings accounts and/or loans. Also needed will be account numbers, account balances and monthly payments, if applicable.
7. Names and numbers for all credit cards, along with balances and payments.
8. Names, addresses and account numbers for all current mortgage holders. Also needed will be balances and payments.
9. Addresses and estimated values for any real estate owned. Lease agreements will be needed for any rental property.
10. Year, model and value of any automobiles owned.
11. If divorced and claiming any income from maintenance or child support, a copy of your divorce decree and separation agreement. This income needs to be revealed only if you want to use it in qualifying for a loan.
12. If divorced and obligated to pay maintenance or child support, a copy of your divorce decree and separation agreement.
13. Details on any other assets or liabilities.
14. A check for a credit report and property appraisal. (Approximately $400.00)
15. A copy of the contract on the home you are purchasing.
